If you have never been to the big city when all the Christmas lights are on, the store windows are decorated to catch every shopper's desire. You've gotta go. When you go to the city you have to try a different restaurant and take in all the sights, the smells it's a memorable experience. We had made a special trip from Long Island into New York City and the one thing I remember most was the diner we chose to eat at. After ordering, all us kids waited impatiently for the food to arrive in style. We sat on our stools at the lunch counter and we could hear the train whistle blowin'. The long anticipated arrival of our food being delivered. Each one of us with our food being delivered on a miniature train, each plate on an individual car. I still remember it with a big smile!
