One vacation several years ago Penny and I were visiting our younger sister Tiggy on Pensacola Beach. We were walking the shoreline shell pickin' finding quite a few varieties. The coquina shells were everywhere!! When opened up they always reminded me of all these beautiful colored butterflies. Pink and yellow, blue and purple ones, all in pastel colors. We kept our eyes peeled to the sand marveling at all the colors. We started walking to the boardwalk when I spotted these bright fuchsia pink shells. I showed Penny with excitement how beautiful they were. "Hey girlfriend, you need glasses!" They were double pistachio shells!! We both laughed about it!
