Have you ever had one? Maybe that phrase came from when women go to the hairdresser once a week, like my grandmother used to. then they wrap their hair at night so sleeping on it wouldn't ruin the poof. By the end of the week the poof is ready for a lift. I use the phrase "bad hair day" anytime something isn't quite right. You know like when you go to the closet for your clothes and you can't find anything to wear. No, no teenager "borrower". You pick this or that , nope it just doesn't look right. It did when you bought it and when you wore it last week. You haven't gained any weight or anything like that. Then you just slap anything on because the clock keeps running even though you're not. Whew! I sure hope the rest of the day perks up.
