I don't remember how I started or why I started calling this sandwich a snoopy. I think my Mom did, anyway, it's one piece of bread folded over with anything you want for a sandwich. If you're not hungry enough for a whole sandwich and a half sandwich somehow sounds like you're getting jipped, the snoopy is perfect. I think my daughter said my son-in-law who is a tough gun totin' big hunter asked for a snoopy. See, it's the sandwich everybody's asking for.
